Shipping Refund Policy

We recently started this policy, where we initiate a refund if there is excess money left from the shipping fee that you paid during checkout. (ex: let's say you paid 200rs for the premium shipping and when we shipped your box, it turns out the actual shipping fee that we paid to ship your order is only 120rs then after adding the packaging fee of 40rs then the remaining excess amount will be within one day of dispatch of your order, which is 40 rs in this scenario. We will contact you through WhatsApp chat if there is an excess shipping fee left from your order so there is no need to contact us first.

Refund Policy

Due to the volatile trading card and rapid fluctuation in price, all trading card sales are final. However, in some cases, we may accept returns if the request is made on the same day of receiving the package. All items must have their factory seal intact and be in their original condition.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can help rectify the situation. Returns that are not due to an error on the part of Panda shop may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If the refund case is accepted then the refund will be made within 2 days.
